The Marina at RiverPoint Landing is:

• Close to virtually every attraction and service a boater could want. In a well-protected cove with plenty of depth. A few hundred yards from open water for fishing, water-skiing and cruising.
• Outfitted with more large new berths than any other Delta location. Safe and friendly with excellent security. For larger boats there are new, covered berths from 24 to 70 feet in length as well as side and end ties for vessels to 85 feet.
• Trailerable boats up to 35 feet in length may be securely stored in covered sheds. Customers may choose 24-hour access or may opt for restricted access and “valet” service provided by RiverPoint employees.
• For day use RiverPoint Landing is adjacent to one of the largest public boat launch ramps in the Delta.

Floating Berths

Covered berths from twenty-four to seventy feet in length are available. The docks are constructed of steel and feature combination wood and concrete decking. They are particularly suited to newer boats with greater beams and heights. There are also side and end ties (uncovered) for boats to eighty feet in length.

Each berth has water and metered electricity. The docks are equipped with pump-out service. A state-of-the-art fire detection system and excellent security protect your investment around the clock.

Trailerable Boat Service

Public Launch
RiverPoint Landing is adjacent to one of the largest public boat launch ramps in the Delta. Storing your boat just a few minutes from the launch area makes perfect sense.

Store Your Boat at RiverPoint Landing
Two options are offered for boat storage. Secure, individually accessed garages are available in sizes from 10’ X 12’ to 40’ X 12’. Spaces are 12 feet wide with 10 foot by 10 foot roll-up doors. Watercraft from PWC’s to trailerable thirty-five footers may be stored in these units. Facilities are accessible twenty-four hours every day of the year. The most popular unit is 12’ X 30’ at $204 per month.

Another option offers covered storage for $6.80/foot and access is gained by request during normal working hours. This is primarily available for boaters who do not require the extra space afforded by large storage units and do not need 24 hours/day access.

Launch Service
Launch service is available for $15 roundtrip.

Short-term Storage
Short-term, in-water berthing is also offered on a space available basis.

Marina personnel are available seven days a week. Regular hours are 9am to 6pm (daylight savings) and 9am to 5pm (winter). Our caretaker is on site when the office is closed.
