We continue to build on our reputation as the most innovative and progressive marina-resort facility in Northern California.

• The final phase of our dock renovation project is now complete. New 42' and 58' covered berths are now available.
• We can now accommodate five luxury houseboats up to 90 feet long on end and side ties.
• We have completed our state-of-the-art fire protection system. It serves all six of our covered dock structures.
• Our recreation room is available to RV club or group users and all regular berthing and storage customers. The room and adjacent courtyard area can accommodate gatherings of about 30 people. Ask us for details.
• The adjacent public launch ramp operated by the City of Stockton was upgraded in 2005. Layout and operational changes should reduce traffic bottlenecks and make launching smoother.
